MDCLC was established in 1953 for the purpose of uniting the common interests of the municipalities within Miami-Dade County.

The League has evolved throughout the years, but continues to work together with the municipalities’ elected officials on important issues that affect the residents and the business community of the respective cities, towns and villages.  Together we will continue to protect the sovereignty of our municipalities to give our residents the best possible services and ensure a good quality of life for them and future generations.
